Cinnamon For Weight Loss

What porportions of honey and cinnamon in hot water for Weight Loss?
I’ve recently read that honey with cinnamon in one cup of boiled water a half hour before breakfast on an empty stomach and the same taken at night before sleeping, also if taken regularly, it reduced the weight of even the most obese person.
Drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high Calorie Diet.
However, it does not say what the portions of each should be.
so far i know few good things, ist is every day walk or cycling for half an hour,
2nd, boile a cup of water and add 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, pure honey(u need to buy from countryside farms, never trust any superstore,they all got fake honey)and green tea bag.
3rd best thing is ‘kalonji seeds’. every day an hour before breakfast quarter tea spoon with water.this is the best things for 1000s other things in your body too.
