By defining your target market you have already qualified your customer by focusing on people who are interested in what you have to offer.  Now that doesn’t mean that they are guaranteed to buy your product our join your business, but the odds are much greater than just talking to everyone whose path you cross.

Once you determine your target market, you can reach out to them with various tools and strategies, such as video, social media, pay per click advertising, email or websites just to name a few.   It would take a bit of effort to determine the strategy that best suits you and to gain the skill set to properly use these techniques, but in the end it would be well worth the effort.
