What are some good tips to Lose Weight?
Okay so I am seventeen and want to lose about 25 pounds. Every time I try to lose weight I end up just gaining more. Does anyone have any healthy tips to keep the pounds off? and what are some yummy healthy snacks? thanks!
1. don’t skip breakfast-skipping breakfast lowers ur metabolism
2. use a smaller plate to eat
3. eat as much raw veggies as possible (salads work great 4 me)
4. replace some (not all) of ur meat meals with beans, lentils, chickpeas…)
5. run for 8-10 minutes a day or hula hoop if you know how
6. if u drink pop..stop completely.
7. if u like fast food, make it only once a month or so.
8. drink lots of water (not necessarily 8 glasses cause veggies &fruits contain more water than we think)
Some yummy snacks are:
-nuts
-avocado, broccoli, cucumber dipped in low fat plain yougurt
-a wrap of whole wheat tortilla with red beans , lettuce, and salsa
-snap peas and baby carrots
-lots of watermelon, cantalope, pinapples.
